CommitRoom reads recruiting mail from each coach’s Gmail account and turns it into one shared set of prospect records. It requests read-only access and stores only messages whose subject line reads as recruiting-related — everything else is discarded without being written down. A message sent to several of you is stored once.

More importantly: if the OAuth consent screen is left in Testing status, Google expires the refresh token 7 days after you connect, and scheduled sync stops. It will show here as a sync failure rather than as silence. Publishing the consent screen removes the 7-day limit.
